18 - Radiostation - WLMN FM is the radio station of DJ Bobby Ricks. It is a small and self-contained studio with a small kitchen and waiting room.
Its location appears to be "underground" Lakeside Amusement Park which is located in the Resort Area - whether or not this is where the chapel is truly located, or just another supernatural manipulation of the town, is unknown.
The entire church is an extensive collection of corridors and rooms, and although the interior is fully explored by Heather, the outside of the church is never seen. It is possible that the church is actually underground, as Heather enters through tunnel passages. It is unclear whether the chapel is even located within Silent Hill, but its connection through Lakeside Amusement Park makes this likely. Another possibility is that Heather was physically transported to the church through the powers of the Otherworld or Alessa Gillespie, as Heather had just regained her memories as Alessa prior to entering the chapel.
The entrance/main room of the church is very much like that of an ordinary church. The narthex is unoccupied, excluding the placement of two rectangular tables and a duo of side-doors. The nave is small, each wall containing three pictures summarizing the life of their most treasured deity, the Sun God. The two-side transepts and altar appear to be combined. The altar's front wall is ornated by three intricate stained glass designs; the left image is of the man who offered a snake to God, the right was of the woman who offered reeds, and the biggest, middle image is of God herself. The south transept has a door in which Heather can enter.
A map of the church can be found against the wall in its first corridor, and it appears to be hand-drawn by a child and incomplete. As Heather progresses through the church, more rooms and halls are drawn onto the map. There are two floors that Heather is able to explore, and they can be accessed using a single elevator. Although some doors remain locked or otherwise cannot be opened, many of the rooms within the church don't physically belong within it.
Some of the rooms can be attributed to Heather or Alessa's memories; these include Alessa's classroom in Midwich Elementary School and Harry Mason's room in the Daisy Villa Apartments.
Two rooms originally in the church are Claudia's and Vincent's rooms, and inside, a bed, a desk and few belongings can be found, implying that the cult's followers also lived within the church. The rooms are very simplistic and minimal.
Other notable rooms include a large library and a belfry with paintings of the cult's saints (Alessa, Jennifer Carroll, and St. Nicholas) and a large Halo of the Sun.
One notable section of the church is the inner chapel, where Heather, Vincent, and Claudia meet for the final time. This inner chapel seems to have particular importance, as its design, decoration, and location are more in tune with the Order's practices. It is stated in the Book of Lost Memories that this chapel is a ruin that was once used as an area where the members watched rituals occur, rather than a place to worship God. The pews face each other rather than the front of the chapel.
It's located down an alley accessed from Laymond Avenue in Pearl Creek.
The gallery has two floors: a ground floor and a basement. On the ground floor, a few memos can be found that highlight the actions of an art curator, Melissa Matlan, in her search for various paintings.
While in the basement, a large table can be found in the middle of the room.
The apartments are on Lansdale Avenue in the Hillside area.
The apartments serve as a gateway from Hillside into Pearl Creek and have three floors.
It is located on Campbell Street in the Hillside area. The station is in clear state of disrepair, having huge holes in the floor (one of them Murphy needs to cross by using a wooden plank) and is lacking a roof.
The Indian Runner is a store in the Resort Area of Silent Hill. It is located on the corner of Craig St. and Weaver St. and appears to be a small general store.
The sign outside says "The Indian Runner" (whereas the sign in the first game simply says "Indian Runner") and says it sells cigars, souvenirs, and accessories. There is a statue of an Indian outside holding a cigar box.
Lakeside Amusement Park is an amusement park in Silent Hill. Located on West Sandford Street in the Resort Area of Paleville, it's a popular tourist attraction with key activities including a rollercoaster, a carousel, a Ferris wheel, and a few other carnival rides and sideshows.
Robbie the Rabbit is one of Lakeside Amusement Park's four mascots. The others are Kathy the Kitty, Huey the Horse, and Dawn the Duck. However, Robbie is displayed the most prominently throughout the games.
Lakeside Amusement Park features many attractions, which all seem to take on a threatening quality in the Otherworld.

The next room has a spiked ceiling and, if the game is on Hard action mode, the player must crouch (by holding the "ready weapon" button), or else Heather will be killed. The last two hallways feature a red mist that follows Heather as she runs away from it. If this mist touches Heather, she will die instantly.

A concession stand that, apparently, sells spicy hot dogs.
Cinderella Candy
A shop where one can buy treats.

On the left side of the castle is a board with two holes for visitors' faces. Should Harry take a picture, the picture will show Harry and a young Cheryl with their faces in said areas.
The Great Wheel
A Ferris wheel which has a view of the entire lake.
The Lakeview Hotel was a hotel constructed next to Toluca Lake on West Sandford St. in the Resort Area of Paleville. It was built and run during Silent Hill's tourist boom in order to attract guests to visit the town.
There are a total of four floors in the hotel, counting the basement floor. The hotel map is separated into two parts; one for the hotel guests and one for the hotel staff, where the staff map includes every room. Above ground, the majority of the building consists of guest rooms. The second and third floors are mostly private rooms on both sides, whereas the first floor's rooms are exclusively on the west side. There is a central staircase that extends up to the second floor, however, the third floor can only be accessed by a small stairwell. The hotel also has two elevators, one used by guests and another used mainly by staff.
Notable locations inside the hotel building include Lake Shore Restaurant, Cafe "Toluca", and "Venus Tears Bar".
The Book of Lost Memories states, "Before the second game took place, the hotel was completely destroyed by a fire". At one point, a fire had occurred which either partially burned or completely burned the hotel down to the ground. It is unknown if and how many people died in the fire, but it is a strong possibility.
A mysterious painting, found in Toluca Prison, depicts the Lakeview Hotel; red paint shows fire consuming the entire building.
It is found in the Resort Area, in the plaza with Indian Runner and several other shops. The sign on the front says the store sells knick-knacks, gifts, and fishing supplies. The shelves contain various model boats and other items, and there is a painting of a lighthouse on the wall. Behind the counter, the employee door is covered by a red curtain.
It is located at the end of the pier in the Resort Area of Silent Hill, accessible only after passing through the boathouse.
It is located in Pearl Creek and connects the district to Chastain Heights. Logan's Park is between Laymond Avenue, Brite Street, and Lamon Street.
Norman Young's Motel is a motel found in the Resort Area in the town of Silent Hill. The motel is labeled as "Motel Haerbey Inn" on the Resort Area map and signs, and is located south of the Indian Runner store, off of Weaver St. The motel consists of various rooms facing a central opening.
The appearance of the first room changes according to Harry's Psych Profile. It may take on the appearance of a subtle lodge room, and have a taxidermied bear standing up in the corner and many photos on the walls, including one frame of butterflies similar to Alessa Gillespie's collection in the first game. Alternately, it may have a reddish glow and the room will be bloody and mostly empty, with a dead bear on the table that is disemboweled and crudely chained up.
The second room contains bunk beds, empty beer bottles, pill bottles, and condoms. The rooms on the other side of the lodge are a room with a fireplace, couches, and a desk containing the "A Broken Ward" memento, and another room with a sink.
It is located on the corner of Lansdale Avenue and Brite Street in Pearl Creek.
The bank has three floors, the one most frequented being the vault in the basement.
The Silent Hill Docks are located in the Resort Area of Silent Hill, north of Toluca Lake. he docks have a decent boat capacity and are used for the docking of the fishing and other types of small boats that sail on Toluca Lake.
The subway tunnels can be used to travel between the Hillside, Pearl Creek, Pleasant River, Chastain Heights, and Port District areas.
Wish House, also called Hope House, is a secluded, Order-run orphanage in the woods outside of Silent Hill, although still located near Toluca Lake.
The orphanage was secluded in the woods to keep citizens away, however, many neighbors near the woods complained of hearing children cry during the night. Children raised at the orphanage were told that the "world" outside was a "scary place" of sorts, and was heavily disciplined, even physically beaten, if they wandered too far away.
Streets:
The woods cover a large area around Caldecotte pond and features several houses and lodges, including the Orion Hunting Lodge, a sawmill, and the Woodland Lodge.
The majority of Hillside is a residential area with two noteworthy locations; the first being the Hillside Police Station. The second is Hillside Apartments, which can be found just to the northeast of the police station and provides a route the player can take to reach Pearl Creek.

Were also called Nakheehona by natives and were used in their ceremonies for talking to dead ancestors (whether or not this actually worked is unknown). The name "Mother Stone" was given by the Order members and they used the stones for their rituals. It appears that stones are not widely known in the Real World and are hidden from most people as Eileen Galvin recognizes many places in the Forest World but has no knowledge of the Mother Stones despite studying archaeology in college.
Old Graveyard – a graveyard where Walter Sullivan was buried.
Graveyard on the Toluca Lake coast - the ancient graveyard of the Order.
